If you want to raise a formal complaint, follow the steps and response process on the Complaints page.
Please use the word Complaint in the email subject.
Information that helps us investigate
For a technical issue, include the build shown in the app, your browser and operating system, the camera or phone being used, the selected resolution/quality setting, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot is useful, but do not send pupil images or other personal information unless it is genuinely necessary and permitted by your organisation.
Pro subscriptions and trials
The in-app 24-hour Pro Preview is available once per browser in any 90-day period and needs no key, email or payment card. The separate 7-day Pro Free Trial is issued by email through Lemon Squeezy and also needs no card. Paid checkout, tax, licence issuing and subscription management are handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.
To cancel a Monthly Subscription, use the Manage subscription link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt or subscription email. For a missing key, activation issue or refund question, email the billing and licence address above and include the order email or order number.
Refund eligibility follows Lemon Squeezy's refund policy, our Terms and applicable law.

Availability and response
VisualizerApp is actively developed, but support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and 100% uptime or fixed support response times are not guaranteed. Service limits are set out in the Terms of Use.
